Now for a Florida Keys Update. We are well settled in and 1/2 way through the winter season in our slip at Marathon, FL. Sandra is helping at the local Turtle Hospital ( yes, they treat sea turtles - see web site http://www.theturtlehospital.org I am working 4 days a week at the local Boaters World store to keep busy and help with expenses.
Most of the boat work is done including putting a coat of Cetol on all the woodwork. I still have a minor water leak in the fresh water supply to fix and also need to change the impeller on the engine water pump before we start back.
The weather has been good, very dry ( no real rain since we arrived in early December ) but windy, at times up to 30 knots.
